Getting here
We are on Mucurapo Road in St. James, a short drive from downtown Port of Spain and directly accessible from the Western Main Road corridor. The clinic is easily reached from Woodbrook, Newtown, Maraval, Diego Martin and the western suburbs.
We are upstairs at Mucurapo Plaza, above Papa John’s. Parking is available on site.
Step-free access: we are on an upper floor, but there is a lift. Enter from the basement and the lift brings you up to just outside our door — no stairs at any point.
Finding the door
Mucurapo Plaza has several businesses in it, so here is the route in full:
- Park on site, or come in from Mucurapo Road.
- Enter through the basement and take the lift — or the stairs, if you prefer.
- Go to the 2nd floor. Look for the Smile Works DentaSpa sign in the stairwell area.
- We are Unit 6.
If you cannot find us, call 622-6893 and we will talk you in. It happens, and we would much rather that than have you circling the building.

Saturday appointments
We open on select Saturdays from 8:00am to 12:00pm — not every week, and there is no fixed pattern. Which Saturdays we open varies month to month with public holidays and other commitments, so the only reliable answer is to ask: message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you this month's dates.
